A major paradigm shift in the biosciences

Imagine a world in which everything constantly adjusts, realigns and harmonizes itself with all its contents. As a perceptive network, such a world continuously intercommunicates, and in accordance with continuous change, congruously adjusts itself on all levels while growing in complexity and intelligence. If we knew we lived in such a world, wouldn’t our ambition be to progress our knowledge and understanding, and therefore live more principled lives, in accordance with such consonance and intelligence?  

In recent years, and also thanks to significant advances in technology, scientists are able to enter the cellular and molecular worlds on levels previously undreamt-of. Likewise, our understanding in physics, chemistry, and of the universe has taken giant leaps. In this new setting, now entering a post-reductionist era, focus has ambitiously turned to how these atoms and molecules that make up our world and us interconnect and communicate. Much research is now dedicated to discovering how different signals and intercellular pathways behave and increase in complexity as they interact. Scientists and medical practitioners are starting to understand the cellular world as a pliable network of interconnected links recruiting proteins and chemical methods for communication, with disease occurring when these connections break down. Besides the enormous future medical benefits of such renewed focus, this understanding is also shedding new light on our evolutionary origins.

Research scientists are finding considerable evidence that the development of principled communication networks amongst cells is part of the overall process of a perceptive evolution. All cells have some means of reacting to a signal or signals coming from neighbouring cells, other parts of the body, and the external environment. For this, they have evolved numerous methods and receptors cascading in techniques to ‘talk’ to each other, constantly adjusting their genetic material to changing environments in this evolving web of life. Fine-tuned cell-to-cell communications guarantee concord among many different cell types. Evolutionary biologists, and biologists in general, have come to understand that the ability of cells to interconnect with each other and their environments through chemical signals was crucial for the evolution of primitive cells into multicellular organisms. Current evolutionary biology and medical science now base their foundations on this concept of intercellular communication.

During the evolutionary process, numerous signalling methods have slowly progressed and advanced in multicellular organisms to ensure smooth communication and contact between internal and external environments. From unicellular organisms up to complex bodies, all living elements must communicate with the surrounding world to exist as part of a complex, interconnected living system — being alive means being perceptive and interconnected. To signal each other, all living elements, from single cellular organisms up, use innovative methods to conduct extracellular molecules for such molecule-mediated cell-to-cell interactions.

In higher mammals (and us), four principle signalling methods are recognized as orchestrating and harmonizing molecules into performing complex functions in a composite network. Defined in basic biology today as neuronal, endocrine, juxtacrine, and paracrine, these signals help turn individualized chaos into a concordant flow of interconnected events in order to be perceptive to constantly changing environments.

The endocrine (or hormone) and neuronal signals, besides being a direct means of distant signalling to internal systems, also have a cascade of indirect effects on all cells in the body. External signals are relayed by nerves and neurons (nerve cells) to stimulate cells and molecules to relay messages to remote cells. All cells have various membrane reception methods, some unchanged and traced back to ancient unicellular ancestors. With neuronal signalling, external factors like stress, anger, or falling in love can affect a network of extracellular molecules to, in turn, stimulate release of proteins acting as messengers, triggering responses in numerous receptive cells all over the body. Various hormones (also proteins) are released by different glands and travel throughout the body via blood vessels to further stimulate receptive cells as another form of distant communication— we all have some idea of the impact of hormones on social interaction. This so-called endocrine signalling can also indirectly interact with external factors via neuronal input. The important and complex effect of external stimuli and how they interact to affect cells as an interconnected concern is a promising field of research. One thing is clearly coming from all levels: it[T1]  is enormously more interdependent, perceptive, interconnected and communicative, both internally and externally, with more complex social implications and principled obligations than previously thought.

Proteins are also employed for more localized signalling, called juxtacrine signalling. Here, cells can react with receptor proteins of adjacent responsive cells. With this form of communication, the inducer does not diffuse from the cell producing it. Instead, it instructs surface proteins via messenger RNA to communicate with neighbours. In this instance, an extracellular protein on one cell is conducted by its DNA to bind to its receptor on the adjacent cell. It can also recruit proteins released by other cells to communicate messages. A signal can also be transmitted directly from the cytoplasm of one cell through small conduits into the cytoplasm of an adjacent cell—'neighbour chat’. Even here, we now witness how new proteins may occasionally originate due to minor changes in the genome of one of the inducing cells to adjust to a change, affecting its local neighbourhood as an interconnected concern. Although acting locally, [T2] outcomes are also affected and interconnected to hormones and neuronal input.

Producing their own internal (intracytoplasmic) signalling molecules to communicate with their neighbours, referred to as paracrine signalling, internal mechanisms give these paracrine cells the ability to relay messages that directly affect their neighbours. The binding of a specific protein molecule to a cell-wall receptor starts a series of molecular transformations, called signal transduction, which relay the signal through the cell. These receptors transduce the signal from the cell membrane to the internal membrane surface where it activates protein messengers. These messengers trigger a cascade of chemical reactions inside the cell, often involving the addition of a very basic element like a phosphate group. This is the signal that passes through the cytoplasm and into the nucleus, where DNA is harboured. In the decisive step of this signal transduction, DNA-binding proteins in the cell nucleus then attach to regulatory sequences and start DNA replication, or transcription of a messenger RNA, to produce new proteins in response to specific signals received. In a system carrying age-old wisdom, in consonance with persistently evolving environments, these proteins in turn communicate ‘little perceptions’ to surrounding cells, affecting goal directed functions, like making a muscle contract or trigger a memory. Intercommunicating on all levels, internally, externally, and transgenerationally, and as a network in unison and perceptive to change, it constantly evolves and grows in its own complexity

DNA is now the commonly accepted blueprint for all life on Earth. More pliable and perceptive than previously thought, it constantly adjusts to input and change. Interconnected and principled from within and as a part of a concordant network, it operates in harmony with its changing surroundings. All cells also have the potential to come up with ‘novel perceptions’ with only minor adjustments in the genome or the transcription process. While this often causes disease, at times such a stir may also be better suited to adjust to changes in this progression of life, such as in the example of a bacterium developing resistance to a specific antibiotic by producing a new enzyme (protein), or a single strand of enveloped DNA we call a virus causing so much suffering until the immune system establishes a status quo. Another more recently discovered example is seen in alterations in what geneticists refer to as the CCR5 gene. This alteration, stretching back to bubonic plaque days, and produced by immune cells called macrophages, was recently found to offer a level of protection against the spread of HIV. Searching for accord, this gene offers transgenerational support in the body of patients that inherited its century old wisdom. 

We are only beginning to see how evolution is an interconnected, active, perceptive and ongoing communication-process stretching transgenerationally on all levels. Centred around molecular arrangements with DNA as the ultimate conductor, in a network of ancestral ideas, it remains perceptive and responsive to establish consonance while adjusting to continuous change. Carried from generation to generation, it persistently strives to find accord in this ongoing change, with survival a necessary tool rather than a narrowly set end-goal to benefit solipsistic survivors, as previously misunderstood.

The immune system is another example of such an age-old collaboration. One familiar instance is the vital symbiosis between our gut flora and us – we cannot survive if we destroy this ancient bond. The current estimate, made by Dr. Martin J. Blaser at the New York University School of Medicine, is that humans have 10 trillion human cells and about 100 trillion bacterial cells. We coexist in harmony with our immune systems, and, should we destroy these bacteria completely, we die. Even with only some bacteria affected, we get sick – dermatitis of the skin and inflammatory bowel disease of the gut. It is not in the scope of this book to discuss the immune system and all its diseases, but suffice it to say, for purposes here, it, too, strives for creating harmonious interaction in respect to age-old principles connecting internal and external changes. It is becoming clear that life is not a mere primitive battle to survive but an evolving intelligence aimed at consonance and progressive complexity.

The immune system also has a memory – both a short term and long-term one. The vaccination process is an example of this. Toll receptors act as recognition methods to prevent the immune system from attacking our commensal gut flora, and if things go wrong on this level, we get sick. Inflammatory bowel disease (a form of colitis) is an example of this miscommunication, often triggered by environmental factors. There is an expansive and growing list of such errors in communication between local or systemic cells and/or their co-inhabitants (microbiome) on all levels, causing infirmity such as allergies, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. It does not seem surprising, if we think of the complexity of our recently created environments and novel diets, that allergies and cancers are on the increase in both humans and our heavily inbred pets. Albeit at times useful or even lifesaving, these chemicals we so commonly surround ourselves with are subtly moulding a rather befuddled genome.

If we consider the dreaded cancer cells, they also progress in response to errors in local interactions and we can now see cancer as a communication breakdown between cells. Cancer cells, as descendants of healthy ones, are products of disjointed responses to interconnected concerns. They thrive and proliferate because they narrowly exploit and break established rules of communication (ethic) set by their ancestors and peers. Such miscommunication allows them to find comfortable neighbourhoods in which to metastasise and summon a blood supply for their self-indulgent needs. It is when these cells disarm their immune-system relatives and turn off the communication and act independently in isolation that they become cancerous. In what can only be interpreted as a lack of acumen or desperation, they break down communication links with other cells and disconnect from united demands. With such a solipsistic approach, they become malignant and systematically eventually destroy the body they exploit. This can also be seen as evolution at play in an attempt to respond to the overwhelming new chemical environments we have created. Either way, a better understanding of this communication and a re-establishing of harmony is what holds the future potential to regulate the growth of these cancer cells — sadly, currently further chemical destruction (chemotherapy) is our defence. We have much to learn from this intracellular world, both as a society and in the future direction our healthcare systems will take.

Research scientists now also see enormous therapeutic potential in improved understanding of this communication network. With growing understanding of these interconnections and communications, new options are recognized. Rather than crudely killing these cancer cells with a flow of more harmful chemicals or radiation, re-establishing consonance through re-establishing connections appears more promising. We now have a future option and potential to control cancer by more specifically disrupting these segregated networks, re-establishing normal interconnections, and directing select components of our immune systems to help in the battle against these greedy little breakaways. We have much to learn from these cancer cells, and simultaneously, perhaps, we can soon conduct our own DNA and immune system, through nanotechnology or other means, to help reduce much of the current suffering still caused by this dreaded disease, perhaps in response to our own environmental exploitation and greed.

One of the most dramatic events science has unraveled recently is how DNA is much more flexible and responsive in the living cell than previously thought. We have come a long way from the famous DNA helix as revealed to the world by Watson and Crick in 1953.
Immediately following this life-changing discovery came a reductionist era, where a set DNA was regarded as a fixed blueprint for mechanically creating life. It was only with the marriage of genetics and molecular biology that scientists started deciphering the molecular reactions inside the cells and a new threshold was again reached. With new technologies developed to map the gene, it became apparent how all living things overlap and share large parts of their genes with pooled interests. Suddenly, amazing things came to light, as, in one example, it became apparent that the same gene linked to human speech is also found in birds. It was revealed, along with other data, how the meaning of signals to cells and organisms depends on which cell in which organism receives it. The essential role of the gene is now inarguably established, as is evolution in science, but the DNA helix is now appearing less appropriate as the all-important set blueprint for life. There are also large chunks of the genome containing surplus, or previously referred to as ‘junk,’ DNA. With this non-coding DNA making up almost 98% of the human genome, it is reasonable to suggest that evolution is much too smart and perceptive to have no greater purpose for this yet unexplored entity and its enormous opportunity to adjust to change.

With more and more biologists now seeing repetitive elements as genomic potential, it appears that these transposable elements are not junk after all. Instead, they opportunistically interact with the surrounding genomic environment and increase the ability of the organism to evolve by serving as hubs and a reserve for potential genetic recombination while giving new and important signals for regulating gene expression. As scientists are only beginning to understand the vast potential of a previously much constrained DNA, we can now welcome in an era of new possibility. We have to confront the alternative concept of an interactive, ‘perceptive’ evolution, interconnected on all levels, perceptively adjusting to joint concerns. This also comes with unexpected and progressive new moral demands.

‘This 21st century scenario assumes a major role for the kind of cellular sensitivities and genomic responses emphasized by McClintock in her 1984 Nobel Prize address. Such a cognitive component is absent from conventional evolutionary theory because 19th and 20th century evolutionists were not sufficiently knowledgeable about cellular response and control networks. This 21st century view of evolution establishes a reasonable connection between ecological changes, cell and organism responses, widespread genome restructuring, and the rapid emergence of adaptive inventions. It also answers the objections to conventional theory raised by intelligent design advocates, because evolution by natural genetic engineering has the capacity to generate complex novelties. In other words, our best defense against anti-science obscurantism comes from the study of mobile DNA because that is the subject that has most significantly transformed evolution from natural history into a vibrant empirical science.’  (Italics added by the author here).

OK so this is what it is about, please read and comment, I will gladly explain more

So what is the punchline of this new cosmic evolution? The egoist is perhaps already retaining a dormant though of what is in it for me or perhaps how does this affect my beliefs and values? Once the principles of pliability, interconnection and interdependency of the new universal evolution is grasped such questions will no longer be entertained and even seem naïve. Even the staunch egoist understanding the new science of a cosmic evolution will find it hard to justify any actions driven by greed and not all-regarding and congruent with a universal morality.
Very simply stated, it is the new understanding and  acceptance of our place in an interconnected cosmic evolution, where respect, equality and an increased morality is evident on all levels of a progressive perceptive evolution that present us with a much more benevolent and hopeful future. A future where morality and understanding are set in a progressive cognition, and all and everything is respected as part of this progressive morality. The focus has shifted to nurture a delicately interconnected perception and environment with a combined goal, rather than a battle to survive and reproduce.
In acceptance of each other’s needs and an innate need to be recognized, our existence also now refreshingly makes more sense seen as being part of a universal cognition - rather than a barbaric solipsistic drive to reproduce and survive at all costs. 
We are now decisively and refreshingly presented with both a descriptive and prescriptive ethic in perhaps the most unexpected locale of all – the way RNA and DNA behaves and interact. We are only beginning to witness the complex responsive way molecular structures making up RNA and DNA value and measure their surrounds, interact and communicate. The interactions between cells communicating with both surrounding cells and environment on molecular level via protein production, so delicately orchestrated by DNA and RNA, is now only beginning to show its benefits to a less barbaric era of healing. Our egos are yet again challenged, this time not in being linked to our animal origins, but on an escalating level of how our much prided higher cognitive function is now revealed as being no more than molecular interactions closely interlinked with a changing environment. Surprisingly, in this lowering in status is also hidden a much higher morality and ethic than ever understood before. The amazing and delicate newly understood interaction of cells orchestrated by a mobile RNA and DNA presents us simultaneously and amazingly with a descriptive and prescriptive ethic.  Our moral obligation is now evident as much more grandiose, universal, delicate and also more urgent than previously thought. The revelation of a universal ethic working on all levels is demanding respect on levels previously much overlook. It dramatically changes our concept of individualistic survival where even cells and our DNA are fully acknowledged in the mass progression of an evolution designed to communicate and interact in progressing a better world for future generations. The prominence of selfish actions, environmental disregard and survivalists strategies have become, for lack of any other description – barbaric and immoral.
Finding ourselves now in a new perceptive cosmic evolution, we have moral obligations as part of a universal whole as never experience before. Having the ability to modify the building blocks of our origins (genetic engineering) demands greater understanding and higher moral calling than ever needed before in our primitive past. To some this may be potentially again be seen as a threat or useful tool to out-manipulate competitors and to be  bought and controlled by those who can afford to do so. To the more enlightened and hopefully the majority of readers here, it will clearly be seen it in the context of its universality.
This new understanding and ability to alter our DNA will unavoidably change the way we practice and apply medicine. It will, if morally utilized and ethically applied, give us the ability to enter a benevolent perceptive era never dreamt of before. But only if we see and understand the wondrous morality and delicate interconnection and interaction between everything around us. 
The book focuses on clear perception and a perspicacious evolution to deliver us with a refreshed view on morality and also presents a method giving the reader the ability to make rational decisions - reducing both bias and confusion. The simple logic of arriving at truths detached from personal views or interest, but based on value and presentation to all of us with a combined goal, regain focus with a new methodology presented in the book. 
Central to this is also a new way we see the metaphysical, unknown or senseless world, before always philosophically a grey area. In subsequent chapters the manuscript equates the metaphysical with the unknown as vital drive for a perceptive evolution. The book also makes the radical claim that it is impossible to have an evolution without unknowns and that there are no fixed set theories or ultimate truths. The chase for fixed truths or the ultimate truth is an evolutionary dead-end as the book reveals. Should a strand of RNA, DNA or and organism perhaps find itself in a complete fixed, vacuous and unchanging (unstimulating) environment it simply cannot evolve. Even if in some miraculous way it could mange to do so it would be meaningless. We can safely deduct form this that for a functional evolution we need both unknowns, constant change and above all methods of being perceptive to changes around it. The idea of a perceptive evolution is therefore not only not far fetched but impossible and the only real meaningful conclusion. Likewise is the concept of an evolution not driven by unknowns and change unrealistic and impossible. The book reveals (as far as the author is aware) a novel formula for evolution, now with the clear motive on a cognitive drive rather than a disinterested reproduction and survival. The formula is presented without the mathematical complexity and is well supported by both Gödelian inconsistency and Popper’s falsification fits well into this new understanding. The reader unfamiliar with math or even these terms need not fear any mathematical complexity as it is explained in simple English with the intention is to reveal the new concept to a global and general audience.
In order to focus on logic and reduce bias, perception (cognition) are circulated between three spheres of reasoning as is explained in the manuscript.  The book introduces a physical space of reasoning (PSOR) where inevitable facts are contained, a logical space of reasoning (LSOR) where all concepts with uncertainty are considered for either rejection or acceptance into the PSOR,  and thirdly the metaphysical of unknowns. It is argued and emphasized in the book that the metaphysical is vital to stimulate a morally committed perceptive evolution, driven to be all regarding to remain focused on a sober PSOR.
A very simple mathematical equation is utilized to state and compare the major difference between an archaic reproductive based evolution and a less myopic new perceptive concept of the evolutionary process. 
The book argues and states how by simply shifting the focus of evolution to be cognitive based, we dramatically change not only the way we see the world, but acknowledge both higher cognition and morality as evolutionary directives, and not as a mere side-show of a solipsistic gene.
Employing the following symbols for our purposes here -

a= the perceptive organism or interacting molecule (you)

 We can now formulate old era Darwinism as,   E= ∆a(C)≈∆b. With no clear cut goal or purpose this formula also lacked any morality and was openly interpreted as selfish and consistent.
With a now new perceptive evolution as,
   E(m)= ∑C{∆a(PSOR⇋LSOR⇋M)≈∆b(PSOR⇋LSOR⇋M)}
the scope and implications of an evolution and morality evolving hand in hand perceptive of each other demands, is not only more civilized but calls us more urgently to commit to our universal moral duties progressing together with our increased goal directed cognitive evolution.
We can also see how as mentioned in the opening paragraphs, with focus swayed and distracted by biases or primitivism we can now draw ourselves back into more logical pragmatic reasoning and regain our morality with our new concept of life. The impact of such logic and clarity set within a universal understanding in decision making for our moral leaders and decision makers can clearly be seen as enormous and detached but not insulting of personal religious and cultural views.
The implications and impact on creating awareness of a more respectful and benevolent society is certainly the principle aim of this book. Inevitably with my involvement with applying healthcare to a variety of different species, and with growing concerns about selling rather than applying empathetic insightful healthcare on a universal level, the prospect of developing a pseudoscience is of significant concern and a major incentive to arrive at more truthful conclusions. 
We can sense how the ‘driven to reproduce conniving ape’ model of our evolution is insulting to a society proudly laying claim to higher intelligence, civilization, and a universal morality at the same time. Competitive marketing and attempts and take-overs to monopolize property, goods or wisdom that should be more affordable and accessible to all without such greed, is typical of the conniving ape model and lacks the higher morality we should be lay claim to as a species.
Given a scientific base three spheres of cognitive function to reduce the enormity of a complex task so easily hi-jacked by biases - the source of most conflict and suffering. Subsequently a new cosmos holding boundless opportunities is unveiled as a benevolent morality – rather than a selfish struggle to survive in a cruel world. 
For skeptics with fixed ideas and more liberal thinkers concerned about any constrains set by formulated attempts to direct, what should be unrestricted logical reasoning, the formula fully addresses such well-founded unease. The discovery of a mobile and pliable DNA operating in a continuously simultaneously metamorphosing environment, confronting infinite unknowns and non-consistency, is the very basis of the method and formula and the new cosmic evolution. 
To further support, explain and substantiate the concept the book turns to a simplified version of the Gödelian inconsistency theory and also use  Popperian falsification as mentioned to further support the new model. 

Irrefutably in order for natural selection theory to be consistently right it has to be set in the background of other theories that proved consistently wrong on the matter under question. Simultaneously such a consistent theory needs to be falsifiable to eventually become inconsistent. Likewise the same principles should apply to a new cosmic evolution. Our proposed formula allows for this – using interchanging spheres of reasoning (the methodology of PSOR with the LOSR and metaphysical to circulate ideas) and new discoveries in a mobile DNA.

The book emphasizes how we operate our thinking on such matters as products of a pliable cognition driven by an evolutionary process in a constantly changing habitat—this habitat now slowly being seen as being hurled through space at approximately 2.1km/sec. More recently on a scientific front even the speed of light was proved to not be fixed but varying in different parts of the great expanses of our forever changing universe. 

Today with greater cosmic insight and better understanding we are slowly realizing that our only consistency has become seeing our cognition as a change within a change which inevitably amounts to inconsistency. Such new relegation in our evolutionary origins and genetic behavior fits well into Gödelian arithmetic. A consistent =∆{∆a(∆b)} confronting infinite unknowns (or inconsistency) inarguably cannot result in consistency.
We distinguish between a real world and our knowledge (innate or acquired) and this knowledge is supposed to be true or at least partially corresponding to some part of the real world in order for natural selection to take place. Nevertheless the ‘real’ world, from our stance is but the world of our experience as acknowledged by our cognitive system. Moreover, our cognitive system is explained precisely as a product of an evolutionary process. But so is the habitat we base our growing epistemology on constantly changing and evolving.

Every truth has to contain at least a part untruth in order for it to continue to adjust to continuous change. There simply cannot be any ultimate fixed truths in order for change to occur and all we can be sure of is everything is changing all the time. For any evolution to be aware of such change it has to be perceptive on all levels. So we dealing with changing a perceptive of changing b – a cosmic evolution perceptive on all levels.

The aim of this manuscript is to reach out to a global audience and  avoid complex Gödelian mathematics or philosophical discourse, but be it needless to prove here and as the book reveals, it meets the criteria of Gödel’s theory. In very simple terms Gödel proposed if there is a strong, recursively axiomatizable theory (truth), then there is a sentence in the language of the arithmetic of the universe where such a theory can prove the fact of ‘T’s existence’ and then also a ‘not T’. So if the laws of natural selection (or God) =E, we can say  E + non-consistent E is consistent we can call this E2.
The inconsistency arises in that we simply cannot now continue on and also claim that if E2 + inconsistent E2 is consistent, and simultaneously E2 + consistent E is also consistent. So we have Gödelian inconsistency and our new concept of a cosmic evolution proved by simple arithmetic.
If now apply our new evolutionary theory where evolution is seen as a change within a change constantly adjusting perceptivity to ongoing unknowns - inconsistency is now not only fully accounted for but an essential need. With natural  selection we are attempting to lay claim that both a consistent E and inconstant E = consistent and simultaneously also a consistent E + consistent E is consistent. This is creating an impossible to defend conflict and therefore also urges us to arrive at inconsistencies as perhaps the best conclusion we may have.
Our newly propose natural selection  or perceptive cosmic evolution addresses this issue comfortably and in fact sees it as a vital need as the book reveals.

Inevitably the ultimate truth of finding a perfectly consistent theory remains forever elusive in containing an ongoing inconsistency in order to be consistent. We can clearly see Gödelian arithmetic perfectly fits a constantly evolving cognition as part of an equally perceptive constant change. In every consistency lies a vital inconsistency needed, not only for consistency but ongoing inconsistency to interchange and evolve our perception. Grasping this becomes a relatively simple concept once we sit back and reflect on it. This is also where we can clearly see the futility of solipsism and an inflated ego or arriving at absolute truths.

The book is a contribution to a growing list of numbers of thinkers of our time desperately trying to create better awareness of our cosmic presence thriving in inconsistency and the urgency of this understanding so much needed to enter the new era – now as newly recognized universal beings. This inevitable new blissful era of our evolution are only resisted by those with personal biases or skeptics to logic. This also comes with higher moral demands and a universal ethic than ever grasped before.
Logically, pragmatically and morally confronting this new era of realizing inconsistency and change as vital to a universal evolutionary drive is now not seen as a threat but the much needed stimulus for an evolving cognition, in a combined goal.
Readers of the book will gain a method and understanding to become part of  combined effort to create a better world where greed, defense of fixed beliefs and ego is replaced by a combined pragmatic wisdom. Deprivation and poverty will become abolished and we will all share in abundance in more moral benevolent new era and world. 
The subtle health benefits of a newly attuned pliable cognition is not promoted in the book but follows naturally once the motive and concept of our actions and purpose here become clear. 
Such an ethic will be welcomed on many fronts. Most healthcare workers will benefit from  pharmaceutical companies reducing the growing number of issues concerning healthcare now completely based on legal, political and financial muscle with the stakeholders driven by profits in a trillion-dollar industry, rather than what it should be - confronting sincere practice based patient concerns. A universal goal-directed healthcare with a combined motive detached form personal gain will clearly be more logical with any discourse only sustained by those with biases based on personal gain.
In a world with global environmental concerns obvious to most, except extremists with financial concerns, decision-makers in environmental policy must be able to distinguish between scientific and pseudoscientific claims in research if they aim to have a realistic and pragmatic outcome. We also urgently need a more universally interconnected acceptable evaluation system and ethic here to measure the impact on life on earth. The pillars of our society still remain as science and education. Here the promoters of some pseudoscience (notably creationism, and alternative remedies) continuously and increasingly try to introduce their teachings in school and university curricula backed by growing financial support will be forced to step back.
With a growing number of professionals in healthcare moving freely between countries and in general a more mobile global workforce, awareness of cultural differences have become more urgent (albeit simultaneously becoming more uniform) as a factor for healthcare workers to apply proper care. There is a slowly emerging trend in healthcare due to globalisation that may create a more constant cultural base for administering healthcare, but it is still very vulnerable to being hijacked and misdirected by major commercial interests and big corporations and clinging to unrealistic beliefs. Besides the bias of overpowering corporations and pharmaceutical companies, enterprises promoting alternative remedies lacking clear evidence and simultaneously practicing medicine are now quite common. Such ‘holistic’ clinics see these cultural gaps and remedies often more as a belief system causing no harm with minimal impact but with added financial benefit to the facility in competitive markets boosting a pseudoscience rather than continuing openminded discovery of  true value.
Our view of the world in a post-technocratic society will clearly change.
Even the way we see beauty in each other, our world and universe will become detached form ego and personal gain with  new understanding of our a more beneficent cosmic evolution.
Idealism is now no more a term that can be used by skeptics and those with personal biases to attack benevolence in a combined perception.
This books reveals how a combination of clear thinking and understanding of recent revelations in science can be used to create a more respectful coexistence. Not only for all of us but interconnected with our delicate habitat and soon to be seen universe, with such better understanding also emerging more rapidly than what we may perhaps my currently perceive if not aware of our new cosmic life and era.
The fact that religion becomes irrelevant will certainly offend many, but it has to bee seen set in the background of defenders of one religion proving another wrong and arguing consistency in an inconsistent morally driven universe.  These diehards also clearly will have to surrender to a more benevolent culture where morality and perceptive development untiringly takes place in respect of our place in the universe rather than the dogma of politics or religion.
There is no defense offered in the proposal in the manuscript as its defense is seated in its adaptability and motive to a higher cognition and morality which exposes the senselessness of biases and ignorance created by those forming attachment to fixed ideas or dogma.
The beauty of science and life have always been set by the simplicity of things truthful and meaningful. In acceptance of inconsistency, changeability and ephemeral unknowns as a stimulus for life even beauty becomes detached and something we cannot possess or own how ever much we try.  
The book reveals how

now not only creates an evolution with escalating and ongoing infinite wisdom but a new life formula. It changes even how we listen to Mozart’s requiem (or any other piece of melodious music) in that we can harmonise beauty and truth firstly in ourselves and then in harmony with beauty and truth all around  us and as part of it. Proximation of workable truths (in this case harmonious music) with a ≈ b the element of beauty for a knowledgeable a becomes obvious. Without some understanding and realisation of such an interconnected universe, following truthful universal laws, we may see how in our anxious attempts to posses beauty it entirely eludes us. Unless we can harmonise goodness, truth in a (ourselves) with b (the object of beauty) not only will beauty but also the truth, already ephemeral, remain elusive. If we can in constantly striving to proximate ourselves closer to , goodness, truth and beauty we can aslo sense this in the world around us and others. 
A beautiful face now merely proximate and presents the three aspects of beauty, truth and goodness and our interpretation within a constant drive towards such harmony. Elements we all inevitably admire more than superficial worth. Generally superficial beauty in a person represents aspects of health, goodness, honesty in a life avoiding excesses, but it does not mean the person possessing beauty necessarily practices such wise lifestyle choices. We can only attempt to harmonise ourselves with our interpretation of such beauty and the higher morality it stands for and this is where clear thinking and perspicacious cognition becomes the only means for us to do so.
A person can never possess beauty by means of ownership. We can merely through higher cognition, knowledge and understanding constantly attempt to better fuse the beauty of an object with goodness and truth together with these elements in the observer.  Trying to purchase a painting because it is highly acclaimed for its beauty but not having the ability to harmonise such beauty (through truth and goodness) is pointless. Any attempt to own beauty with the aim of enhancing one’s own lack in beauty, goodness or truthfulness is likewise doomed to fail and may even destroy the primary objects beauty. It is only when these three elements of goodness, beauty and truth harmonised authentically between a and b that we can experience brief moments of tue beauty due to the ephemerality of it all. That is also why beauty is and will remain free and ephemeral.
Clearly our world lacks beauty where control is gained in attempt to claim beauty (goodness, and truth), staging one truth against another, or even a part truth against a wrong. This disarming struggle to convince one right is more right than another or more wrong is clearly not in harmony with what beauty implies,  ∆a≈ b∆ constantly perceptive to changing unknowns. A more sober outlook is to accept that all truths hold partial wrongs essential to its development to perceive change. Our closest proximation to truth is when we accept this fact and attempt to reveal the truths both arguments hold. This not exactly what we see in either religion or politics, where focus is on pointing out the wrongs of others  while defending part truths or own wrongs. Our perceptive cosmic evolution urges us to move on and away form such primitive discourse. 
Refreshed beauty was in recent years exposed in how cells conduct themselves ‘morally’ to interact and communicate on all levels. They communicate not only with themselves and the world around them via protein production as orchestrated by a now understood to be very perceptive and pliable DNA, but also with each other and their surrounds. The even practice distant communication via a neuro-endocrine and paracrine systems - all orchestrated by a perceptive, pliable and responsive RNA and DNA as the book reveals.

This highly responsive exchange of ideas on molecular and cellular level follow not only a certain ethic of correct behaviour but is respectful of a combined goal and outcome so unlike the superficially seen barbaric survivalist and preproduction based evolution of before.
The book refreshes, not only the beauty of our world and universe, but how evolution directs us to a progressive higher morality and respect for our place in a higher transfiguration. 
We can as part of a perceptive universal ethic and evolution enter an enlightened new era of cognitive health, both environmentally and personally.

This new more benevolent world will be much more focused on nurturing our environment and each other as part of a combined cognitive interdependency where arrogance, violence, greed and subsequently deprivation and poverty cannot be tolerated or ignored.

Any attacks of being called idealistic now turn into no more than added support for the  irrefutable logic of our inevitable combined cosmic evolutionary path. Ego and self now become as meaningless as a solar system without a sun. Focus on mere profits now turn into combined benefits and a new receptive wealth with the environment as a vital part of it.
